Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all quotations, services, and invoices issued by Dynamic Entrance Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accepting a quotation, engaging our services, or paying an invoice, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms.

1. Quotations

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Approval may be provided via signed acceptance, official purchase order, or written confirmation by email.
  • Any works outside the quoted Scope of Works will be subject to a written variation for Client approval.
  • For projects valued over $5,000, a 50% deposit is required upon approval, with the balance due on completion.

2. Invoicing & Payment

  • Payment is required within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Overdue invoices may incur:
    • A $25 late fee, plus 
    • 2% interest per month (calculated daily) on the outstanding balance. 
  • The Client will be liable for all reasonable recovery costs, including debt collection fees and legal expenses. 
  • Title to all materials and products supplied remains with Dynamic Entrance Solutions until payment is received in full.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must provide safe, clear access to the worksite and ensure compliance with all relevant Work Health & Safety requirements.
  • The Client is responsible for ensuring any required approvals, permits, or consents are obtained prior to commencement.

4. Variations & Cancellations

  • Any additional works outside the agreed scope will be confirmed in writing as a variation and may be subject to additional charges.
  • If works are cancelled after approval, Dynamic Entrance Solutions reserves the right to charge for any reasonable costs incurred, including labour, materials, or restocking fees.

5. Warranty

  • Dynamic Entrance Solutions provides a 12-month warranty on workmanship.
  • All supplied products and parts are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty. 
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Dynamic Entrance Solutions will take all reasonable care in carrying out works. However, no responsibility is accepted for pre-existing damage, structural defects, or issues outside our control.
  • We accept no liability for delays, damages, or losses caused by factors such as supplier shortages, site access restrictions, extreme weather, or other force majeure events.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation or mediation before commencing legal proceedings.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By approving a quotation, engaging our services, or paying an invoice, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
